We have used Warm and Cool London (QGE LTD) on many occasions over the last few years. I was quoted £130 for a service, but was charged £420 (and no service was carried out). This despite sending photos and a video of the immediate issue (a leaking valve). When I politely queried this I was sent a vague email by Hilton that didn't really address my question, nor did it lay out in any detail what was wrong with the boiler. Two followup emails asking for a firm quote for the rest of the work that needed to be done were ignored. So I'm now in a position of having to get a new engineer in to rediagnose the problem and provide a fresh quote in addition to the needed service, with associated additional costs.

Hilton & Ntoris did a fantastic installation job on a new Viessmann system boiler, replacing my old boiler. Full of praises for their professionalism, tidiness, on time, and total after care once all was installed. Any issues of teething problems of new system was overcome promptly, help was only a call away.Although I have used this company happily in the past for minor repair works, with this huge installation job the service was excellent all round, their knowledge is exceptional.I will be using them for many years ahead and would highly recommend them. Our Weissman boiler stopped working this winter, so we called in Hilton from Quantum Gas Engineering. He was recommended by our previous heating engineer who has now retired. Hilton fixed the problem immediately, and it was clear that he has the kind of knowledge of heating systems that means he can probably fix any problem. He also did the job at very short notice, as he did not want to leave us without heating during a cold spell. Hilton is a very pleasant and friendly guy, and we very much recommend him.

Hilton installed our new water tank for us and renewed all our pipework for our new kitchen. He did such a fantastic job, converting an old water heater and pipework from the 60s to a brilliant modern system. They even came back to check once the system went live and to move some pipework to accommodate for the kitchen fitters. I could not recommend them enough , you'll be in the best hands with Hilton and his team.

I needed to replace the expansion vessel in my Bosch boiler. I contacted QGE on an evening and they were able to source the part and complete the installation the day after. This was done last April after the COVID situation started and they took extreme care to maintain all the preventive measures while completing the job. I have not had any problem (this review is posted 3 months after the repair was done) and will definitely call them again for any similar issue in the future ! Thank you !

Hilton is the ultimate professional : he explained everything in lay mans terms and went over and above the work required to fit a new boiler. He outlined all options available and ensured we were happy with choices made. We subsequently used him for a problem with a shower which again he fixed in a timely and fist effective manner. Had one of these old boilers from the ice age, a Worcester Bosch boiler. Already had all possible parts replaced but finally died and no hot water at all. Looked for professional boiler installation in Totteridge and found Quantum Gas Engineering Ltd. Professional, transparent and gave me option for 0% finance too. The engineers arrived bang on time and carried out what they already initially communicated with me. They left the home in immaculate condition too and reassured me if there were any issues to let them know. It's been 3 months on, so decided to apply this review now. No issues at all whatsoever, we had a Viessmann boiler installed and it kicks in all the time, it's a smart boiler so we're not used to this, how we've been missing out! We can set the times ourselves and not worry about wasting energy. It also heats up hot water instantly and pumps it out faster when we have showers. Thank you to the guys at Quantum, honest, straight up and amazing service.

Hilton and his team have been absolutely fantastic. We had some complicated plumbing work done at our house ranging from external drainage through to internal heating reconfiguration. The communication was excellent throughout, they turned up exactly when they said they would, used carpet protectors and cleaned up afterwards. Hilton even responded to an issue on a Sunday night. Unreservedly recommend.
